Communications Manager (Corporate Relations)
Malaysian CARE is on the lookout for a dynamic team member who can craft effective ways to share our ministry with the public. We need someone forward-thinking and optimistic, ready to seize opportunities and create content strategies for social media, websites, newsletters, press releases, corporate presentations, and various distribution channels. In addition, you'll play a key role in enhancing Malaysian CARE’s image through internal communications branding.

Communications Leader (Church Relations)
Malaysian CARE is on the lookout for a Church Relations Leader with a background in events management or pastoral studies, strong coordination and administrative skills, and experience in Christian networks. The ideal candidate is a team player who works well with the communication team. This role focuses on building relationships with churches, connecting them to Malaysian CARE’s work, and developing communication channels and opportunities for churches to engage in community development projects.
The Community Development team is extensively engaged in community outreach, assessing and serving the poor and needy. This team plays a pivotal role in upholding CARE's vision and mission in our services, advocating for the marginalized, and empowering individuals and communities to flourish in every aspect of their lives.
Personal Assistant (PA) for the Director of Community Development (Based in Kampar)
A team member to assist the Director in ensuring that the department’s administrative, functional, and organizing matters are effectively managed. This includes providing support to the needs of the team in the department.
Pusat CARE Kuala Lumpur - Community Organiser - Prison
A team member to assist in leading the men's prison ministry, involved in planning, strategizing, and implementing programs for in-prison (men) and community-based projects for identified communities of prisoners and ex-prisoners, drug users, and people living with HIV/AIDS.
Pusat CARE Kuala Lumpur - Community Organiser - Bumblebee
A team member responsible for initiating and ensuring the smooth running of Bumblebee programs, focusing on child empowerment and collaborating with related staff and departments.

The Service Development team is the design hub of the organization, with the primary role of building, refining, and improving CARE services for the communities. This team also plays a pivotal role in ensuring that what we do in CARE remains aligned with God’s calling, equipping people to serve better, and helping the community discover hope.
Prison (Men) - Leader or Community Organizer
The candidate will be responsible for developing, improving, and equipping the staff and external stakeholders for Prison (Men) services moving forward, with a focus on After-Care and Community-Based Recovery (CBR) towards a sustainable and hope-filled service to our clients from prison.
The Policy, Advocacy, and Research department team supports colleagues who are serving the community directly through our relevant research and joint advocacy, lobbying to change policies. It has the unique role of investigating the causes of poverty and injustice and formulating strategies for biblical justice. These strategies include empowering people affected by injustice, empowering Christians and churches to advocate alongside, and influencing policy change at the national level.
